Someone used my points. | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

My account says I redeemed points 710 points for a Staples gift card on Jan. 4th. But I haven't even been on since before Christmas. I usually redeem a bunch of codes at one time. I also checked my email and there isn't anything there. I don't even shop at staples because they are so expensive. Who can I contact about the points?

Hi Melanie, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
