Your site hasn't been working correctly at all this week. I enter a code, it takes several seconds for it to ask which drink the cap is from. Once I select the product, it takes nearly a minute for the points to be added to my account. Then it will not let me enter another code. I have to close the tab in my browser and open a new one.

Hi Frank, please clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode. If you continue to have problems, please call 866-674-2653 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST M–F. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
