speaker pill, does not work. | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I just got my speaker pill (2/10/15) but looks like its not charging. I plugged to the computer and to a smartcharger. what can i do to make it work or can i returned and get a new one??
This make me disappointed with the rewards program. Hope to get an answer soon

Hello Jason, We apologize for your dissatisfaction in your recent reward redemption. Please give us a call anytime between 9 a.m.–7 p.m. EST Monday - Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually, either to provide you with a replacement reward or to refund your points.
