Cashed in our points for $150 in SSWW gift cards in January for the My Coke Rewards for Schools. We've never gotten it. I've sent emails to MCR and gotten occasional responses, including one dated 3/17/2015 that the card had been Fed Exed and we should get it in 5-7 days, but still haven't seen it. My ticket number was 8004175893. Anyone else order a gift card from SSWW and never get it?

B. Smith, I made a mistake in my initial post - the email with the 5-7 day figure was dated March 5. One of my follow ups was dated March 17 and I used that date in error. I hope I didn't just ruin my one chance to get a response from an actual Coke employee! I had told out Phys Ed teachers about this. They had already planned what they were going to get and now all the time I spent promoting this program and entering codes has all gone to waste.

Thanks I called and got another, "we'll get back to you in 5 to 7 business days". I guess it's a little better hearing it from an actual human voice. I was starting to think the emails were just auto-generated with random names. I am really regretting getting involved with this program.
