Status points not loading to account | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I jumped through all of the hoops, Tweeted (should not have to do that) everything, and no status points added to my account. The site says plus 3 each time, but nothing is on it.

Hello Robin, our team is still working to roll out the necessary changes. As promised, we will make an announcement when the site is fully functional.

In the meantime, have you connected your Twitter handle to your MCR account? Please go to your "Full Profile" and click on "Edit Settings" located under your profile picture. You can connect your social networks under the "Social Networks" tab on the left-hand side. Also note that your Twitter profile must be public in order to participate.

Hi, Jen. Ensure that you used the correct promotional hashtag in your tweet or Instagram post and please allow up to 48 hours for status points to update. Also note that your social profile must be public in order to participate.
