Still haven't received my 2 Gold AMC Movie Theater Tickets

I won 2 Gold AMC Movie Theater tickets from Coke Zero Super Bowl Game. It's been 10 business days and I still have not received them. The Tracking number they gave me said "UNKNOWN" What's going on here? Where is it?

Website says 2-4 weeks, why the change? i didn't get mine either. this was from the Superbowl game
