Still missing fondue parts, feel like I'm being ignored.

I don't mean to sound like I'm ranting, but it's been twice as long as I was told it would take to fix my problem and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I received a fondue pot without the forks so I called the number given to me from this site. I spoke to a representative who told me that they'd look into it and call me with in 5-7 days. After a week had gone by, I called the number again and was told that they were still looking into it, they also could not tell me if I would ever see a resolution, and gave me half of my points back "for my trouble". It's been almost another week and I still have not heard a peep from anyone about a resolution. I've posted on this site a few times listing my issue. The only response I've gotten is someone telling me to call the phone line and them marked my issue as solved. My issue is not solved. I would like preferably the missing fondue forks, or all my points refunded. Most of all, however, I would like someone to contact me regarding my issue instead of being ignored.
