Still owed balance of $5 restaurant certificate | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I just redeemed 300 points to get a $25 restaurant gift card, when I went to get my gift card, I could only get 4 $5 gift cards. I am still owed another $5 gift certificate, how do I get the $5 balance?
