Still waiting for $100 Best Buy Gift Card from March Madness Promo

Ok I posted on here before with the same problem I'm posting now, and when I checked on it, it said my problem was solved, and that is certainly NOT the case. I am still waiting to hear what's being done to fulfill the $100 Best Buy gift cards from the March Madness promo. Coke has dropped the ball IMMENSELY; there is no reason why it should take such an inordinate amount of time to fulfill their side of the deal. I am seriously starting to wonder if their strategy is just to "wait everyone out", hoping we will just forget about the prizes and move on. Can someone please tell me what is being done about this?

Hi Dallas, we're sorry that your prize has been delayed much longer than expected. We've just been notified by our fulfillment center that ALL prizes will arrive no later than 9.30.13.

Well, it's 9.27.13 and still no word, not even an email acknowledging it is coming. Considering how long it's ready been delayed, forgive me for not believing it is going to arrive in the next 3 days.
