On MCR iv'e purchased some things with points and they haven't come and they say "Processing" when I look at the status

Hi Chase, Most rewards usually ship within 2–4 weeks, but some may take longer. Coca-Cola coupons typically take 5–6 weeks, DVD orders may take 6–8 weeks and magazine subscriptions usually take up to 8–10 weeks to complete processing and fulfillment. Please allow up to 8-10 weeks for holiday rewards to process and be delivered. If your Redemption History says "Processing," those particular rewards have not yet shipped.

Hi Chase, the free 12-pack coupons were participating in the holiday promotion. As stated, please allow up to 8-10 weeks for these to ship.

If the wireless light was also redeemed on 11/12, please refer to the confirmation email for estimated shipping times. If you have further questions regarding this reward, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
