Stupid codes, computer chat dude and phone numbers that don't work!! Is that enough?

Your site won't take my codes from 2 24 packs your stupid virtual help is worthless! The phone number is not in service, when you call the other number it does not work either. This is a joke. I have had so manu problems with this system you should be ashamed of yourselfs!! I swithch to Pepsi then I won't have to put up with this crap. I am a senior citizen and it hard enough to make ends meet and then you can't read the codes and then have to deal with this. It would be nice to just to talk to a live person who speaks English and not have to spend hours trying tom get rewards, This is certainly not the first time I have dealt with this. RC Cola is sounding pretty good right now. A ver upset and unsatisfied customer. Probable former customer. Maybe someone will actually get back with me. I actually have a phone that works and I answer it not a computer and I speak English!!
