Technical problem

I got an email saying my points were going to expire. I'm trying to enter more points, but don't get any drink choices when I enter my code and the entry screen freezes. I tried on Chrome and Explorer both and tried more than one code. Please help so I don't lose my points.

I was able to save my points by redeeming some, but I guess that won't matter if I can't enter more.

Hi, Beverly. We're sorry about that inconvenience, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

Thank you for responding. I know how to use the site (obviously, or I wouldn't have any points to expire). It just isn't working. It asks me which drink I purchased, but doesn't give me any choices to select, so doesn't give me my points. And I get a "Certificate error" on any browser when I go to the page. I will call the next time I have a chance. The website is still mycokerewards.com, presumably.
