I've had points in my account. So have I lost them? When can I start earning new points? This is frustrating!!!! I've been a part of this program for some time now and gotten rewards. Is it ever coming back????????????

I've lost mine too I notice. Have sent an email under the contact us and awaiting word on why I lost them. Did not get an email that they were expiring. Not entering any codes until this is resolved. Don't want to lose more.
