The website will never load for me | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I can never even load the mycokerwards.com website anymore. I posted about this problem a couple of weeks ago and it seems to have disappeared after having my access restored for ONE day. It doesn't matter what browser I use, what device or whether I clear my cookies - the page just won't load. This isn't even a login issue - I can't even get to the site.

Interesting that this not so uncommon occurrence which I am also experiencing for several weeks now is not even acknowledged by support folks in the many postings on this "official" site. Are we customers on "ignore" or is the problem just too overwhelming to merit an "we are working on it and just don't know the solution"?
