The item I received does not work properly | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I saved a lot of points (1500!) for a toaster, and it is terrible. It burns bread even on the lowest setting. How do I exchange and/or return it?

Hi Marti, we apologize for your dissatisfaction in your recent reward redemption. Please give us a call anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually, either to provide you with a replacement reward or to refund your points.
