I have not been able to log in to my acount for days now. Cleaned cache, cookies and tried different browser. Now I am missing on all of the specials. So far have not received any help. Talked to my two daughters who have accounts also and they can not get in to theirs either. When will this be fixed as we are missing out on alot. Thank you.

Hi, Mickey. We're sorry about that inconvenience. If you still have problem to log in, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent.

I just called the number but the problem is no one else has done this yet and they do not have any information on how to fix it. We need everyone who has a problem to call in so they can try to figure out what is happening.

I just went to the Facebook logo at the bottom of the page to go straight to their blog on FB. From there I tried to use the sign up button and I was able to get in. GO FIGURE. It worked. I do not know why it worked from there but not from going straight to the web page but it does not matter. Try it for yourself and see if it helps.
