Trouble Logging Into MCR Beta | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

When I try to log into MCR Beta, it tells me that a confirmation email has been sent to my account. When I go to my account there is no email. I have also checked in my spam folder, but it doesn't show up there either. I've tried accessing the Beta site several times in the last month.

Hi Gwen, Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to
reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how
MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you
individually.
