Trying to get a rewards from redeeming points/got general error

I was redeeming my points before they expired on the 24th and received a general error when I went to redeem.

That's odd, Stephanie. Have you tried using another browser?

After receiving this email today, I was able to do it. I must have been using Chrome, but today when I went to redeem, I went to Firefox and it worked.
