Two MCR accounts, mine and my Wife's balances were wiped out after MCR action of adding 10 bonus loyalty points to each account.

Received thismessage in both My MCR account and my Wife's MCR accout. "Surprise! We value your loyalty, so here's 10 bonus points as our way of saying Thanks +10! Well thanks but no thanks; this one kindness resulted in wiping out both of our current balances. My wife had over 680 points in her account. Me not so many.0 Bonus points are in either account. Both balances are now Zero. Not even the Bonus 10 points are in either account! Has this happened to anyone else? Most of my wife's 680+ points were added in May and June so they are not in any risk of being considered obsolete.
