Unable to enter MCR Codes - receive instant reply - advising wrong character.

I have read the messages other MyCokeRewards Participants left and now I have same issue - any code I enter - receive instant message informing me that a character is wrong. I also have noticed a message having been displayed advising that the MCR Program is currently down. I will have to assume that this will the origin of the problem - sign out - and try to enter my points at some later time.

Hi Robert, Sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience.
