UNABLE TO LOG IN AND ENTER CODES | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

HI. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOG IN ENTER CODES FOR PAST MONTH. EVERYTIME WEBPAGE FREEZES AND AT THE END DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO LOG IN. MY CONCERN IS THAT BY THIS TIME ALL MY POINTS HAVE BEEN LOST.... WHY? WHAT CAN I DO? OR SHOULD I JUST CONSIDER THEM LOST? TK U!

Hi, Liliana. Please clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode. If you continue to have problems, please call 866-674-2653 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST M–F.
