I had a coke reward where 1 character was ripped off. I tried all numbers and letters to find the missing character. None of them worked.
Now I'm not able to enter any coke rewards. Oops! There was an error in the code you entered, is the message that keeps popping up. I've tried 10 different codes with the same result.
I've deleted my history, logged off, turned off the computer for several hours and am still getting the same result.
Help! I want to enter my 120 points for this week!

Hi Darren, we recommend clearing your browser cache and trying to login again.
why have you removed the place to enter codes? what's going on.

Hello Tammy, You can currently enter codes through the code-entry boxes located in the main navigation bar at the top of mycokerewards.com and mcr.com/beta. Please note, you must be logged in to enter codes.
I am also having a problem with entering the codes. Takes the first one, but won't let me delete to enter a new code. Do we not have the 5-line code entry anymore? P.S. I am signed in.

Hi, Cathy. Which codes are you using? If they are 15- or 12-digit codes, they will no longer work, as we discontinued those codes in 2009 and 2014 respectively.
