I am having a problem with one letter whenever is shows up and in the past I have gotten frustrated enough that I just toss out the cap or box code. Is there a way for me to see what all the letters look like? I am tossing away alot of points and don't feel I should have to send all these in and pay postage. I am guessing a poor H because it is not straight and curves to the right and a slanted line in the middle connecting them from left to right.
