I have been unable to log in to MCR for days. Facebook Connect refuses to work, I receive the error: "Uh oh... we are unable to sign you in right now, please try again later". Trying to log in manually with my email and password produces the error: "We are sorry, We were unable to complete your sign in request at this time. Please try again in a few moments." Upon trying to use the "Register Now" option from the MCR main page by hitting the "OR use your Facebook account to register" button, I am shown my own Facebook picture and full name, and receive the error: "This Facebook account has already been connected to another account in our system so we are unable to start a new account with this Facebook ID."
Additionally, I am unable to log on through any of these methods via my cell phone, and receive all of the same errors. The login simply does not work. Not with any browser, any operating system, different machine, or cell phone. I called Coca-cola directly and they suggested that my IP might be blocked; however, I have attempted to log in from multiple PC's and phones to no avail, all of which having a different unique IP address. I was told they would look into the matter and gave me a reference number, and that it would take 5-7 business days to look into it.
However, this exceeds the time on the current double points promotion for Diet Coke, to which I am trying to log in for and redeem. Diet Coke is the only Coca-Cola product that I purchase, and I am completely shut out of using my points. I am very disappointed with the performance of the MCR website. One can understand a brief outage, but this has been an ongoing situation without remedy for multiple days. I have noticed other people posting variations of this question, and I do not believe it is not an isolated incident.
Since this points promotion ends on Nov. 8th, is there any way I can get my double points after the fact due to this outage?
