Unable to update my account information | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

My account will not let me change my address no matter what I try or which area of my account I go to to edit. I click on edit and nothing happens. I have missed out on all of the holiday bonuses because I cannot have the item being sent to an address that I have not lived at for over 2 years. Please help before I am unable to take advantage of this Christmas special at all!!

I tried several different web browsers with no luck. Then I sent an extensive email from the site itself asking how to correct it and if I would be able to participate in the 12 days promos that I could not participate in due to the site issues and no one responded to me. I entered some codes today on my account and tried again and my editing worked. So, someone fixed the problem with the site, but I still have not heard anything about obtaining any of the promos for the 12 days that I could not participate in due to the problem. Who should I talk to about this?

Is there any way I can submit my new address by email or something so I can actually participate in the 12 merry days before they are all done?

First, use IE or FoxPro. If you are, and have a fairly current version, try clearing your cookies and cache in your browser history. Close the browser, restart your machine. Anytime I find myself in those "loop" situations, I try this. It works more than it doesn't. You'll likely need to enter your password yourself.
