Unfulfilled reward | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I did the Coke codes for a free pizza from 7-11 and never received the text. I called them twice and they pretty much told me I was out of luck. What a waste. Definitely not good customer service.

I think they did the wrong thing on switching their website to this way. I loved it the other way.
