Why did I lose all my points? This is the 2nd time that I have lost all my points, after accumulating a nice amount of points. If I recall correctly, I had over 2,000 points the first time that I lost them. I take blame for that incident. My activity was inactive for a long period of time and I did not respond to the warning e-mail of logging in within the next 14 days. That was totally my responsibility, after not heading the e-mail warning in time. But this last time, I responded to your e-mail warning on the same day. I logged in and browsed the categories just as your e-mail advised to do. And yet I lost my points anyway. It was right at 4,000 points. It seems as if anyone accumulates a large amount of points that you find a way not to honor your end of what you promise. This infuriates me, after finding out that this has happened to others as well. I don't know exactly their situation, but I know I followed through properly on the warning e-mail, and on the same day received, furthermore. This shows me that you are a bunch of liars and don't want to honor your commitments. I want a response and reason for doing so. Otherwise, I will post to all 3 of my social networking sites, just how dishonest and the true cheats and liars that you represent in this promotion. Furthermore, I will have MANY of my friends re-post on their social networking sites, how DISHONEST your company is in this promotion.

After logging in the same day of recieving the inactive warning e-mail and following the instructions in the e-mail completely. It seems that you took my almost 4,000 points away even after I did what I was suppose to. If you don't want to honor your commitment in promotions, just don't run them.
