I am writing you to express my disappointment with this program. I have had a rough year with many medical problems, spending the majority of my time in the hospital. When I signed back on to my account to enter codes it had been zeroed out. I have been a member and an avid Coke drinker for many years. I also collect Coke memorabilia and have an extensive collection of many historic and rare pieces that I have insured. This program was my reward for being a loyal customer. I have purchased items using my codes and have been satisfied. Now my loyalty means nothing. I have a stockpile of codes to enter(roughly 300) that I don't want to enter for fear of losing more points and of wasting the time to enter them. I understand points expire due to inactivity. But some exceptions must be considered.
