updated email and redemption code | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Why won't my email account change? I had 250 points and it took them and then I had to fill out the redemption code, but it didn't work. Why is it not changing my account info. to where I can get the item I wanted. It said I had an alert in the alert section and it was to update my email account and I did it 5 times. No code came to the new email.

Hi Lena, we recommend trying another web browser to do this. If that does not work, please give us a call. You can call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
