Diet Coke Valentine's Day Double Points

I could only enter 17 diet coke caps during the Valentine double points promo since the site was so slow.( it took me 3 hrs to do that!) Ironically I entered the remaining 23 caps on Feb 15 in about 10 minutes. I am hoping you credit all of us loyal diet coke drinkers for the caps we could not get entered on the 14th due to the sites problems. I was disconnected several times as well. ???

Your double rewards for Valentine's Day didn't work for me. I managed to get one code entered and my points doubled. The other code I entered, the little coke bottle thing just spun after I hit enter and I kept getting "lost connection..." then suddenly on that second code I got a message saying that code had already been entered but I didn't get any points for it at all. When are you going ot fix this so I can enter my codes and get them doubled?

yourf website was down on feb 14..i could not enter point codes to get double points//today i entered my 2 codes worth 38 points as I work on the road and had no internet friday...i request my 38 points to be doubled as they would have been on feb 14 if your site was working that day

I tried to enter my points on 2/14/13, but your site was so slow, it was impossible. I got 1 cap entered and then it told me there was a problem and try again later. I did try later, but I couldn't even log in. How do I get my bonus points for the caps that I tried to enter? Thanks!

That was the reason I quit entering my codes until late that night. I never thought there would be a time difference and I entered my codes around 1130pm my time, but it didn't give me double points because it is stating they were entered on Feb 15th....I guess so...everyone had been saving their diet coke caps just for Feb 14 double points....

Twice I contacted customer service about this problem. Twice I got very Lame, standard answers. They never answered my question about the codes I did get entered (only 2), of which I did not receive the double points. They never answered the question "What are you going to do for the people that had these problems? I really think they could at the very least, add 120 points to everyone's account for the problems they had.
