I used my rewards for free 12 packs and they came to me expired. I called customer service and was told the ONLY thing that could be done was to put the 60 points back on my account. Well, it is NOW 275 points for one reward. Apparently, it was a Christmas promotion that made the coupons 30 points each. I spend 4-500 dollars a month at least on coke products and am now going to call a Pepsi representative. I still have the coupons and wonder why it would be so hard for them to send me more. I will be more than happy to send these back. Am I being irrational about this? I have never ever had an issue with them before. I sent 4 emails and never received a response, called yesterday and it took 3 minutes for the lady to understand what I was saying and then put me on hold for 14 minutes. I finally hung up and called today only to find that out. Also remember that I would have to also find a way to use the 60 points soon.
