Very Frustrating Day!!

Entered a code from a diet coke 12-pack and the system said "Thanks for entering your Barq's code!" and I received 10 points.  I have tried to reach customer service for over an hour and a half and get disconnected ever time after waiting on hold for over a half hour. This is really poor service. I just want my 20 points that I lost!!

It takes my code, doesn't give me any points and then says try again later,.   Got ripped out of 30 points
