Hello. I redeemed points on 11-13-14 for two $3.00 off 12 pack, but have not yet received them. My account shows the request is 'being processed'. When can I expect to receive them? Thank you, Diane Norden

Hi Diane, if you do not receive a shipping notification within the 8-10 week shipping time, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
