I cashed in rewards back in June for a retro toaster and all it says when I check on it is in process. How much longer before I get it?

Hi Betty, you can check the status of your order by visiting your Account and selecting, "Redemption History". You will also receive an estimated shipping time in your order confirmation email.

Hi Cheri, after ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time in the email confirmation. That's the best place to check.
