Walmart Card zero balance | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Hello, I was hoping you can help me.. I have been getting a strange message with one of the Walmart cards from last year. The card does not expire and it has not been used but shows no amount on it. Shows as never used or loaded with any amount. Can you please assist me with this issue? Thanks
