WHEN WILL A LIST OF NEW SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS BE POSTED? SUPPOSEDLY THEY ARE POSTED QUARTERLY, NOT SO! IT IS NOW LATE SEPTEMBER 2013 AND ALL I SEE ARE 2012 WINNERS.

Thanks, now I want to know when I will get hard copy confirmation of my win of the New Orleans Prize Package to Visit the National WWII Museum? I got an e-mail stating I won dated 8/9/13, but in my account all I see is that the award is pending. What gives? Please look into the matter ASAP.
