Hi I have used my points to get the 8X10 canvas from snapfish, for a gift (who I will NEVER use again!) I tried to resolve thru snapfish....sooo they sent another 8x10 canvas. Tried a different pic hoping for better results and both times they cut our head off! I know I went through the process correctly, and even they guy on the call center (2nd time around) said it was correct-nope still tstill out=r heads were topless! Ive tried contacting MCR and they refuse to credit my points back! 700 points down the drain!!! can you credit my points account?? (I could even send pics of the horrible work they did)
