The My Coke Rewards website has a LOT of problems. First, under Contact Us/Write Us, the "Fill out this form" link does not open at all. It does nothing. Next, the site OFTEN just freezes after a code is entered, the only way to continue is to open a new window and open the site again. Also, the points are slow to update with each code. Very frustrating. Now this one is the killer: Enter a code and this msg pops up: "Sorry, code entry is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Then when the code is entered later, the site says it's already been used! And it does NOT add the points! God only knows how many points I've lost, eaten up like this. 12 recently. These problems are not a temporary glitch, they have been happening ever since the new site opened. Very poor performance. Very amateurish web design. These flaws/errors REALLY need to be corrected. The site does NOT work correctly on Windows 8, Windows 7, XP, or Andriod phone.
