What's going on with the website? I tried logging in and when I did manage to get to my home page, it said my balance (about 2500) was "temporarily unavailable." This isn't an issue with my cache, private browser, or anything like that. Why are you telling people that the problem is on their end or to call some 1-800 number when so many people have complained over the course of several days that it's obviously a Coke website problem?
