What are they thinking?

This new website and whole program is an insult to the consumer. I thought coke would just be happy that the program was promoting people to buy more of their products. But it seems like that is not enough anymore. Now they want to force us to work for their social marketing department....... and all the while limit the rewards program even further. Who thought that limiting the number of points you can enter in a week to 75 was a good idea???? Does this not put a limit on the amount of product that people buy in a given week? I have my whole family and friends buying coke products and giving me the caps and codes. I guess coke just does not want its customers to buy that much product in any given week. I don't see how that benefits anyone. And it sure irritates me.

contests for laptops, gaming consoles - stuff like that.  Even free movie tickets like the one they had for Mello Yello and for Coca Cola.

I'm not happy with direction, but I can understand what Coke is trying to do.  They've been doing this since '06 and they're point ranges have been aimed at guys who've been collecting and stockpiling those points for about as long.  The problem is that they want to encourage people to joing up, and that's going to be a problem if people have to worry about competing for rewards with others who've got 10K points.  The 75 point thing is likely an equalizer, salve for new members.  As for the rest of us, Coke probably imagines we're a bunch of trolls who lurk around at parties, snatching at caps when nobody's looking and only occasionally spend them.  In other words, they don't want to reward us for codes we didn't pay for, or paid for years ago.

The 75 point thing SUCKS since they took away the school coordinator login. Now I'm SCREWED since I have a box worth of caps and codes donated by parents. It's going to take me a year and a half (assuming I get no more dropped-off codes) to enter in what I've got on my personal login to donate to our school.

This was such a poorly thought out "upgrade" for schools.

Thank you for your feedback, Laura. We will continue to work to make it easier for the community to donate codes and cash directly to their schools.
