Hi Lillian, your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90 day period. We will be glad to return the points though. I don't think that is fair, 3 months is not a long time. I had plenty of points to get my dad a T-Shirt and now I cannot,  lost over 1000. We work full time, very busy but buy a lot of diet coke. How about sending a letter in mail, or set up a texting reminder.
