What happened to my points? | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

My account shows points were redeemed for 2 rewards on 12/31/13. I did not redeem these!!! What can I do?

HI Erin, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how
MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
