I doesn't. Coke got its clock cleaned last year, so they're offering a poor substitute for it this year.

A number 8 seed and a number 9 seed made it to the finals. How do I know? I had both - Kentucky twice and UConn.

They had to cough up about 10,000 final round prizes, $50 Nike certificates. I had Kentucky and had to wait the full six months to receive it.
