Hi Michelle, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? Beta will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported, but may affect complete enjoyment of the full My Coke Rewards Beta experience.

they tell everyone to clean cache and cookies and that's what everyone does and it will probably still not work from the questions coke people are asking

Hi Karen, before we're able to diagnose a problem, we need to ensure old data is not being stored and that a Beta compatible browser is being used. After that, we're able to move forward and figure out what is causing a specific account to be inaccessible. If you are receiving a particular error, please let us know.
