When redeeming a reward that you get for "free" do you still have to pay shipping & handling?

When redeeming a reward that you get for "free" do you still have to pay shipping & handling? This is probably a dumb question but I've never got anything shipped so I was wanting to know how it worked. Thanks in advance! :)

Hi, Jessica. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

I redeemed points for a steamer. There was not charge. The steamer is awesome.
