It's stuck in "PROCESSING" for me. The login page is new. Looks like they added a JANRAIN authentication? Not working? Frustrating!

We're sorry about that inconvenience, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

Please clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode. If you continue to have problems, please call 866-674-2653 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST M–F.
