When can I expect my coupon for the 12pk for the 30points I redeemed?

i redeemed 30 points for a 12 pk of diet coke on 12/19/2012. the status reads "processing" an it is 12/28/2012. When can I expect to recieve my coupon for the 12pk?

I was going to ask the same question. I redeemed on 12/12 and it is still processing.

After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time in the email confirmation. That's the best place to check.
