When should I expect product I've redeemed points for?

ON 12/23/2013, for my account using email:Schuch.Tim.Tanya@gmail.com; I submitted points for a 5-in-1 headset and still show "'still in processing".' was wondering when to expect item to be SHIPPED?

Hi Tanya, you can check the status of your order by visiting your Account and
selecting, "Redemption History". You will also receive an estimated
shipping time in your order confirmation email.
