Hello Vanessa, Your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90-day period. I can't enter points and haven't received an email informing me that there was a time limit that would set my count to 0.

Hello Ellie, are you receiving a particular error when trying to enter codes? You will only receive an email notification about your points expiring if you have signed up for communications from us. You can check on your expiration date at any time by viewing your Points History.
