I had over 1500 points saved up- i signed into mycokerewards and my balance is zero!! why? how? what can be done????? was i hacked??

Hi Tina, it sounds like your points expired due to inactivity. Give us a call and we will be happy to reinstate them. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
